About Us

Prof. Martin E. Gordon, PE, DFE is both the founder of Gordon Engineering, PC and a tenured Full Professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology.


He is a Fellow and Past-President of the National Academy of Forensic Engineers and is a registered professional engineer (NY, PA and TX) and board-certified forensic engineer. Prof. Gordon is a past Rochester Engineering Society Engineer of the Year.

 

Prof. Gordon has over 40 years of proven industrial and academic experience in the field of mechanical engineering. The focus of his teaching and practice involves the application of proven theory to real world engineering applications. 

 

For over 20 years, Marty has provided Accident Reconstruction, Forensic Engineering and Expert Witness services to the legal and insurance sectors. Areas of specialization include traffic accident reconstruction, product liability, machinery related accidents, and product design.
